We are an Auckland based beauty company looking for a friendly and outgoing Trade Marketing & Sales Executive to join our small, vibrant team. This role will suit someone with a passion for sales, B2B marketing, and all things beauty. This position will focus on maintaining and growing our B2B sales relationships, coordinating and executing trade marketing initiatives and providing digital trade marketing support to the business.

You’ll need an excellent understanding of the digital landscape, the ability to build strong relationships and a proactive attitude that thrives on getting stuff done.

About Us.
Beautyspot is the exclusive NZ distributor of internationally acclaimed beauty brands LiLash, LiBrow, Zenagen and Avante, which are stocked in over 500 salons and outlets nationwide.

The Role.
This role will be interesting and varied, and duties will include:

New business development including identifying new stockist opportunities through to sell in
Sales visits to stockists, including some regional travel (up to 10 pa)
Key account management, including management of stockist communications
Creation and automation of the stockist journey
Analysis of data through a range of sources including social media, web analytics, CRM customer data, and the implementation of trade marketing initiatives based on this analysis
Collaboration with the marketing team to utilise creative assets to create stockist POS

Skills required

Previous trade marketing/sales experience desirable
High level of comfort working across digital platforms, such as shopify, klaviyo, unleashed, CRM systems
Social media native (particularly Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)
