24hr next business day service is available for the North Island. In some cases the South Island will also receive their product the next business day (depending on whether they ordered in the morning or not) otherwise it will be there within 48 hours. 

We cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been picked up by the courier. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing us with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.

For all orders placed online, store pickup is not an option.

Australian Shipping Information & Disclaimer

We will ship your order as soon as possible, however please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.  

Because NZ Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, they cannot guarantee that your item will be delivered within the target timeframe. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs, may take longer.  

Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost.

If an extended time has passed and you have not received your item please contact us at hello@beautyspot.co.nz so we can help you lodge a claim with the courier company.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

LiLash and LiBrow have a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product in the first 90 days you can return it to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement. For the guarantee to be valid Proof of Purchase is required, the product must be returned and the claim must be made within 120 days of purchase.  Only applies to first time users. Returned product must be tracked and received within 14 days.

Simply contact us at hello@beautyspot.co.nz to arrange your return/replacement. Once we’ve received the empty tube and/or any unused product to us we will issue a replacement/full refund via the original payment method. Please note that cost of shipping the return back to us must be paid by the customer.  

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you qualify for a refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Please note that sale items do not qualify for refunds.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@beautyspot.co.nz with your order information and your reason for wanting an exchange, including photos.

Once your return/refund/exchanged has been approved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
